Steven joined us in December 2015 having spent the last 18 years at a well-known West-End London law firm. He specialises in corporate transactional and commercial work for SME’s and entrepreneurs and has significant experience of transactions involving the sale and purchase of foreign SPV companies holding UK property. Recent transactions also include the purchase of a large UK boat building business, the sale of a group of companies owning substantial retail outlets in Germany and the sale of the assets of an independent pension provider.

In addition, he regularly advises on agreements between shareholders and other types of joint venture agreements and has experience of advising on non-contentious employment law matters, data protection issues and intellectual property law.

Steven qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 1996
