Martin is a dual-qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) and Abogado (Spain) in the civil litigation department. He qualified as abogado in 2009 and joined Judge Sykes Frixou in 2016.

Martin assists in landlord & tenant disputes and leasehold matters including licences for alterations and property-related arrears, along with general litigation and insolvency.

As a native Spanish speaker with experience working as a lawyer in Spain, Martin also assists clients with cross-border matters between Spain and the UK
