Franklin joined the firm as a consultant in 2015 bringing with him a wealth of experience.

Franklin specialises in property related disputes and matrimonial, but retains a broad commercial litigation practice, including contractual disputes, employment, shipping, insurance, insolvency, debt recovery and parking offences.

A matrimonial specialist, Franklin is used to dealing with complex cases involving high value Financial Dispute Resolutions. Franklin is a member of Resolution (the Solicitor’s Family Law Association) and an accredited Family Mediator.

Many of Franklin’s cases have been cited in official law reports and he is regularly asked to contribute to legal journals and to present at conferences
